
So today is the fifth weigh in. I am thinking that my weight loss is slowing down a bit so i would like to add a day at the gym. I definitely need a gym partner because i just give up so easily because I dislike the treadmill and such. It just all seems so boring to me.
Anyhoo, on to the weigh in.
Starting Weight: 262lbs.
Current Weight: 259lbs.
Weight Loss: 3lbs.
Total Weight Loss to Date:18lbs.
A three lb loss is great for doing this over a month!! Partners for the gym are a big help--just get someone who is reliable and will go and encourage you to go when you don't want to.
