
My entire life I have had a love hate relationship with food and dieting. I am in it to lose weight this year. To feel better about myself, get healthy for my son, also so I am not a bad influence on him. I need healthy habits so that he has healthy habits. So i started my diet portion of my total life transformation on the first of the year. That seems to be the customary time to start these resolutions. So far I have been doing well. I intend to continue on this journey to its completion. The definition of it being complete is when I reach my goal weight of 175lbs. I will keep everyone up to date through this blog. My starting weight is 277lbs. as of this morning. 102 lbs. is a pretty lofty goal, but I will see it through.
